1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the website at buffxcollision.com ("Site") or by visiting or using any services provided by BX Collision LLC DBA Buff X Collision ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") located at 26023 W Warren St, Dearborn Heights, MI 48127, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site or services.
2. Services
Buff X Collision provides automotive collision repair, paint services, dent removal, frame straightening, insurance claim assistance, and related services. Estimates provided through our website or by phone are preliminary and subject to change upon in-person inspection. Final pricing is determined at the time of vehicle drop-off and written estimate.
3. Estimates and Repairs
All written estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued. Actual repair costs may differ from initial estimates due to hidden damage discovered during the repair process. We will notify you of any additional costs before proceeding. Buff X Collision is not responsible for pre-existing conditions, prior damage, or mechanical issues unrelated to the current repair.
4. Payment
Payment is due in full upon completion of repairs and prior to vehicle release. We accept cash, major credit cards, and approved insurance direct pay arrangements. Vehicles not picked up within 5 business days of completion notice may be subject to storage fees. Buff X Collision reserves the right to assert a mechanic’s lien on any vehicle for unpaid repair charges in accordance with Michigan law.
5. Warranty
We stand behind our work. Buff X Collision provides a limited lifetime warranty on collision repairs performed at our facility, covering defects in workmanship and materials for as long as you own the vehicle. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by accidents, neglect, or modifications made after the repair. Paint warranty is limited to the repaired panels and does not apply to color fading caused by environmental exposure.
6. Vehicle Storage and Liability
Buff X Collision takes reasonable precautions to protect vehicles in our care. However, we are not responsible for theft, vandalism, fire, or Acts of God. We strongly recommend removing all valuables from your vehicle prior to drop-off. Personal items left in the vehicle are at the owner’s risk.
7. Use of the Website
You agree to use this Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You may not use our Site to transmit any unsolicited commercial communications, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, or engage in any conduct that disrupts the normal flow of services. We reserve the right to terminate access for violations of these terms.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site — including text, images, logos, and graphics — is the property of Buff X Collision or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
This Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Michigan law, Buff X Collision shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this Site or our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Wayne County, Michigan.
12. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our Site or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
